HP 800 series 6.2k03 does not support multi-processors

The 6.2K03 Release for the HP 800 series machines (serial numbers
beginning with 46, 91, or 95) DOES NOT support multi-processor
machines. This is also true for the 6.2D03 release and the README.PRO
file for this version does indicate that; however we did not
state this in the 6.2K03 README.PRO file. A hard copy release note
is going to be shipped from now on with the 6.2K03 shipments.
