Bull Questar os rev 32 not currently supported - run 31
900228-hjb01Version 5 of Progress does not currently run under BULL Questar
version 32 of their operating system. This is due to the fact that
the blocking factor changed from version 31 to 32. Customers MUST run
version 31 until we can do a new port (possibly version 6 - see
porting notes from Henry Parnell).
