New features in 6.2G BTOS: DOS cluster, CTOS-ISAM, -mem

DOS 6.2H Cluster communication to BTOS master
CTOS ISAM Gateway (very similar to our other gateways)
Escape to O/S can now dynamically define partition size
(was always 400k before) - use -mem option on BTOS/CTOS
