OUTPUT TO TERMINAL PAGED forces a cr/lf at 80th column
891005-wlb01 OUTPUT TO TERMINAL PAGED will force a cr/lf at the 80th column if
the user is using an 80 column protermcap entry.
This may be a problem if the users wants to do output a 132 column
report to the terminal without using the TERMINAL function or if he is
using his terminal as a print through device for a 132 column printer.
This is now in the bug db (#89-09-29-19) as a sugestion.
