MEMORY SAVER - OVERLAY STATISTICS - VERSION 6
900316-SLK02MEMORY SAVER - OVERLAY STATISTICS - VERSION 6
The overlay statistics for the memory saver that are printed in the
log file every time you finish a session in PROGRESS, have changed
since Version 5. It now looks like this:
22:20:09 General Memory: 287K OVL: 128K RFT: 1K Left memory: 0K(1488)
General Memory is how much memory total the module needed.
OVL is the current -ovl setting that you used (128K is the default).
RFT is the Return Faults - same rules apply as with Version 5.
Left Memory will always be 0 unless the -lm parameter was used on
startup (which indicates that you want Progress to set aside a
specified amount of memory for future use).
