VMS 5.5 and OUTPUT TO statement

In order to resolve printing problems with VMS 5.5, specifically
OUTPUT TO statements failing with error message "Process to sub-
process pipe broken..." do the following:
1. Order Patch 1012 from DEC Support at 1-800-525-7100.
2. Order Progress Software's Commercial Patch Release 6.2G45
on VMS.
Together, this will resolve problems printing from a batch
job or with the /NOINTERACTIVE command line option.
To print interactively, just step 1 will do it.
