7. Output Device Types
7.2. "to" = TO a device, such as OUTPUT TO PRINTER
Use this for DOS printer devices like "LPT2" or "LPT3". Another use
might be to print directly to a UNIX device (bypassing a spooler).
For reports, the report-page-size is set on the Settings->Spacing
screen.
