V 4.2L and above - Dict Load with 100+ files, common fields

In version 5, development modified the dictionary load procedure so
that it creates a load procedure on the fly (.l is the temp file) when
loading data file contents.
We decided to put this nifty procedure back into 4.2L (and 4.2L+).
The problem is that there's a bug in the procedure in that we do not
fully qualify field names (i.e., file-name.field-name). If a customer
has greater than 100 files with the same field name - they get an
error during the dictionary load and it dies.
The only workaround until this bug is fixed is to have the customer
create their own data contents load procedures.
