Exporting recid fields - field do not export.
900502-AAB01The EXPORT statement section of the reference manual should
tell the user that if they use the recid datatype the files
that contain recid will not export correctly. The recid
records are not exported at all. This is also incorrect in the
advanced progress seminar where it says that recid fields will
be exported as the unknown value ?. This is why we discourage the
use of recid in the RECID function section of the reference
manual. I have entered an enhancement request to the
documentation department.
