OS commands can conflict with PROGRESS commands. WARNING

The statement "dos time" is an example of this. "dos date" works
because PROGRESS requires arguments to DATE function. What the users
sees when the statement "dos time" is encountered is
bad command or file name -- hit space bar to continue.
(bug#89120511 - although this is ot considered a bug given the
explanation above)
The proper workaround is to quotes the arguments after the OS
command, EX dos "time"
