BUG in DATE function in CTOS/BTOS, pre-6.2G

KNOWN BUG IN BTOS AND CTOS DATE FUNCTION.
When the date is set to greater than March 1997 and displayed it
will return a negative value.
Example: 3/17/97 will be displayed as 3/17/-4714.
This is a known bug and will be fixed in version 6.2G.
Workaround: Avoid using dates greater than March 1997. If you need to
enter dates greater than March 1997 you will need to upgrade to 6.2G
asap.
