Floating Point with European -E
900316-dah01Floating Point with European -E
The Floating point numeric type is not working when the -E startup
parameter is given.
startup database: pro dbname -E
create a simple program that does:
def var x as dec format ">,>>9.99<<<".
update x.
The cursor is placed after the "," so that a user can not enter a
number before the "," as in "1,999". And it only accepts the decimal
portion of the number.
bug# 90013003. 5.2A (and still in 5.2e) -- plan to fix unknown.
