function keys not working with iclm91 protermcap
910606-sal02The ICL protermcap entry for iclm91 terminal does not work with
function keys. To fix the protermcap must be modified as such:

Also note that the ":is" line has been removed and the "." to exclude
the k1 thru k4 entries.
