Per one of our customers, the above disk cacher (supplied with DOS
4.01 and is specified as a device driver) is a read-only
(write-through) cache, so it works fine with Progress. He also
mentioned that it doesn't use much memory at all. He was able to set
buffers at 10 or 15 and still had great performance. Therefore, if a
customer is looking for a disk cacher on DOS that is known to work,
here's one!
