s/e 98 Unable to open file convmap.cp (SET DLC=c:\dlc)
The DLC environment variable MUST BE SET OUTSIDE OF WINDOWS in order
for some components of Version 7 PROGRESS to run properly. As stated
in the Installation Notes, the following line must be added to the
user's AUTOEXEC.BAT:
SET DLC=C:\DLC
