"BLANK TAPE" on install Unisys/Btos and Ctos/Btos

Error "Blank tape was encountered when data was expected."
Check to make sure that if they are running on Unisys/BTOS that
they have Unisys/BTOS media and NOT CTOS/BTOS media.
Check to make sure that if they are running on CTOS/BTOS that they
have CTOS/BTOS media and not UNISYS/BTOS media.
