Error 24: LBI error: Too many files open.

With Phoenix BIOS, must set AIA=path\CONFIG.286 and have the entry pspswitch=0
included in the CONFIG.286 file. This is needed even if the computer is a 286,
386, or 486.
This allows the user to have more than 20 files open at one time.
486 and 386 machines using AMI BIOS do not need this. Also, with AMI, as well
as Phoenix, make sure they raise their FILES in the CONFIG.SYS.
