Bug 90-07-19-07. "Can be Run BY" security field.
901219-AAB01There is a bug in the Fast Track Report Writer 90-07-19-07 that
disallows the user from getting into the "can be run by" field
with the return key. You can only get into this option by using
the TAB key. This only effects one release 6.2c and only two
platforms (Unix 386 and Pyramid).
