INTEL (pipes) Machines: cannot open/find prostart.p

With the "pipes" version of PROGRESS on the INTEL one can only enter
into a multiuser database 10 times. When the 11th person attempts to
mpro into PROGRESS they get an error saying "cannot open/find
prostart.p". If a person tries to mpro after this they receive an
error which says "too many users" and gives error 49 - memory
violation. (We tried this with the opennet executables and did not
have the problem).
If users should encounter this problem they should contact PROGRESS
Software Technical support to arrange for a solution. At present the
solution chosen is in beta test.
