CAUSE:
SQL-92 Required Environments are not set correctly
FIX:
The easiest way to fix this issue is to start the Database using the script "proserve" instead of the executable "_mprosrv.exe".
The reason is because proserve is a script that contains all required Environment Variables for SQL-92. If you want to use _mprosrv.exe executable, you may want to set manually the Environment Variables for SQL-92. Environment Variables are all mentionned in the "proserve" script.
