RUN program IN THIS-PROCEDURE does not work
When you run a persistent procedure and use the syntax:
RUN program IN THIS-PROCEDURE, then the program that is run will fail.
You will get the error "variable has not been defined yet" even though
the variable is defined as a shared variable in the persistent
procedure. The bug number is 94-10-10-031
