S/E 98 (24) Sequent (Dynix) USE -Mv on both server and cl!!

on Sequent running the Dynix Op sys, you can use
the -Mv param to get more file descriptors.
This will allow PROGRESS to manage the file handles rather than the
op sys settings of MAXNOFILE and NOFILEEXT
Try -Mv 40 on the client for small Sequent boxes, e.g, S3;
values up to 300 or so may be appropriate on larger boxes, and where
there are even more database connections involved.
