browse in 7.3A -if empty & hidden it stops finding data
The following problem occurs under 7.3A for MS-Windows and is resolved
in Version 7.3B and later releases.
In 7.3A, if you have a browser that is HIDDEN (or made not VISIBLE)
when it is determined that it would be empty, then it will no longer
be able to "see" data even when made visible again, unless you make
it visible again *before* opening the query.
Some programmers may choose to hide a browser if upon opening its
associated query they discover that no records have been found. They
may then seek to re-display the browse once a query has been opened
which does find records. In such cases, the browse will fail to find
records even when they exist, unless the browse is FIRST made visible
BEFORE reopening the query.
