3-D FILL-IN can keep 3-D effect when defined as READ-ONLY
A fill-in that's disabled can keep a 3-D look even when it's not
enabled if it is defined as NATIVE. Otherwise, a fill-in will look
like TEXT if NATIVE is not set.
You can set NATIVE on the fill-in Property Sheet in the UIB.
