Illegal sys call(825) on server start on HP 9000/8xx
890714-wlb01 The HP 9000/8xx series release of V5 PROGRESS does not run on Unix
3.01 if the user does not have an ethernet card and TCP/IP installed
on his machine. This problem is fixed in a version called 5.2A+ which
is now shipping.
The problem manifests as an Illegal System Call (297) error when the
user tries to execute proserve.
