Database unavailable under NETBIOS: DON'T USE FULL PATH
900419-sal01DOSLAN 5.2I Netbios - When starting a client or workstation only the
database name should be used not the full path. The path will be
truncated to the first 8 characters and the database will not be able
to be found resulting in an error message: path name truncated to 8
chars is unavailable. The error mesage will show up with _mprstrt, but
in _pmprstr there will be no error message only a return to the O/S
prompt. This is only true in Netbios, SPX allows the full path name.
