Error running idxfix
SYSTEM ERROR: unable to read block <number> does not exist (210).
Stack trace from _proutil reads:
bmLockBuffer
bmLocateBlock
cxLocateValidBlock
cxPositionToNext
CAUSE:
The index idxfix is trying to fix is corrupted. Idxfix should simply report the index problem and/or try to fix it and then continue to the next index entry, but some kind of index corruption caused idxfix to fail.
FIX:
Check your machine's hardware, as hardware failures may be among the causes of the given index corruption.
Then, backup your database and then run an index rebuild.
