Cannot access the <attribute name> attribute because the widget does not exist. (3140)
Service Pack 2 (9.1D02) is installed.

Bug# 20021121-011
CAUSE:
Some PRO*Tools component were not included in the 9.1D02 Service Pack.
FIX:
The problem is fixed in 9.1D03 or later, available at: http://www.progress.com/patches/patchlst/91D-146v.htm
