CAUSE:
Known issue with SonicMQ 3.0 build 207 with the queue cleanup thread not releasing memory
FIX:
Fixed with SonicMQ 3.0 patch build 405
Workaround: set the broker.ini parameter
ENABLE_DYNAMIC_QUEUE_CLEANUP=FALSE
