FIX:
Fields may be added to a SmartDataViewer using the following steps:
- Edit the master SmartDataViewer
- Click on the fill-in widget icon from the pallet
- Click in the SmartDataViewer where the fillin should be positioned
- Open the property sheet for the fillin
- Click the bottom icon on the right side of the Property Sheet dialog (Database Field)
- Select the database field to be associated with the fillin
- Click the OK button
- Click the OK button to close the Data Field Defaults dialog that will pop up
- Click the OK button to close the Property Sheet dialog
- Save the SmartDataViewer
