error 654 When outputing to terminal paged
890628-WLB01 A user will get a 654 error after they have done an OUTPUT STREAM
wacky TO TERMINAL PAGED or PAGE-SIZE n. The error occurs when the
user tries to either do a DISPLAY or a HIDE without naming a stream.
This is because the terminal is already opened paged so all output to
the terminal must go through the named stream.
The solution is to use STREAM wacky on all DISPLAY or HIDE
statements while the terminal stream is open.
