Error Failed to parse XML on getdocument() method when sending XML message containing German's Characters with UTF-8 Encodings
Errors thrown on the Message Receiving Application level
CAUSE:
Missing SonicMQ jar files in the CLASSPATH
FIX:
Add the sonic_XMessage.jar in the CLASSPATH of the Application that receiving the XML messages
Note : sonicXMessage.jar is a file that is by default located in $sonic/lib directory
