FIX:
Java process is started for any instance of the AdminServer, NameServer and for each AppServer and WebSpeed broker. If one AppServer broker starts 25 servers (_proapsv.exe) and it is the only broker started with the AdminServer along with the NameServer, there should be only 3 java.exe processes accounted for:
- One for the AdminServer
- One for the NameServer
- One for the AppServer broker
