SYMPTOM(s):
Error 3735 occurs when using WHERE clause with <> 'Value' with the Trans Isolaton Level set to Uncommitted
The same Statement runs fine with Committed Read
This problem occurs only when using JDBC Driver, example SQL Explorer
Using WHERE clause with = 'Value' runs fine with Uncommitted Read
