SYMPTOM(s):
Error starting the databases with PCCMD scripts.
ProPerf8.dll generated an exception.
There are no errors in the database logs.
CAUSE:
Open Procedure for service TapiSrv in tapiperf.dll has taken longer than the
established wait time to complete.
FIX:
Added "sleep 20" after the proserve of each database in the scripts and error messages stopped.
