indata directory not installed in version 7
What to do when you have installed PROGRESS Version 7 and you
discover the dlc/prohelp/indata directory is missing.
There are files available on the PROGRESS Bulletin Board that
contain the indata directory for three platforms:
HP-UX Version 7.2E indata.hp
UNIX V.4 Version 7.2C indata.v4
Solaris Version 7.3E1P indata.sol
NOTE: THE BBS IS NO LONGER OPERATIVE AND V7 HAVE BEEN RETIRED SINCE 1-1-2001.
Follow these steps to install this directory on your UNIX machine.
1> Download the appropriate file from the UNIX download area on the
BBS to your UNIX machine.
2> Unpack the file using the following command.
tar xvf indata.*
3> Copy this indata directory to the dlc/prohelp area on your UNIX
machine.
