Tab into the last field in a character frame
CAUSE:
For Xenix 286 users, a bug using Progress on UNIX systems (A-118) can, under some circumstances, create a memory violation if you tab into the last field in frame that does not have help under it.
Progress Development is unable to reproduce the problem on other machines.
FIX:
Add a blank help to the last field in the frame.
