Error 201 given when two db's have the same file/table name
Progress allows a user to execute statements such as:
PROMPT-FOR customer.
In this example, there are no field names given. This is allowed as
long as there are no ambiguities involved. One such ambiguity might
be that the user is connected to two databases that both have a
table named "customer". In such an event, Progress generates an
error 201, which might be misleading.
