There are sufficient extents available for expansion
Adding extents does not resolve the issue
Ulimit value for maxfile size has not been reached.
Database extents are a multiple of 16
CAUSE:
The file system that contains the database is out of space. The PROGRESS is unable to extend the database and shuts down.
FIX:
Disk space for the database to grow must be made avaialable. Consider deleting unnecessary files from the file system. Once this is done, restart the database and allow crash recovery to take place.
