mmax V7 startup parameter (rcode memory ceiling) usage
mmax (default value 512) is the rcode memory ceiling. When this
amount of memory has been consumed with loaded .r's, swapping will
be done on the basis of the least recently loaded module(s) until
enough room is available within mmax constraints to load what we're
trying to pull in. Text and action codes will not be swapped out.
If we have swapped everything out and still can't fit the module
we're trying to load, then we will extend mmax.
