Could not create new native Thread
Connections are not getting released after clients disconnect
CAUSE:
There is a bug in JVM 1.3.1_01.

FIX:
As a workaround, set the following environment variable on the Linux machine:
J2SE_PREEMPTCLOSE=1; export J2SE_PREEMPTCLOSE
Note: SonicMQ 4.0 is not certified for SuSe Linux 7.3
