GOAL:
How to migrate Roundtable from V8 to V9 (with conv89 on Repository)
FIX:
The first step is done with Progress Version 8, in the case of a single volume Roundtable repository (RTB database)
1. prostrct convert RTB
The second step makes the V8 database "RTB" become a Progress V9 database
2. proutil RTB -C conv89
The third step makes a V9 Roundtable repository
3. Run Roundtable Setup program "_update.w" with the #release line as "#release=82A1"
