CAUSE:
You did not perform a complete install.
"Typical" is the default installation option. By choosing "Typical," many components, particularly those associated with ODBC will not be installed.
FIX:
Reinstall the product, selecting "Complete" installation.
Choosing "Typical" will not install the _prooibk and other related ODBC files.
