Prodict/misc/osdbfutl.p was not found (293)
CAUSE:
Known issue. List the contents of prodict.pl file with PROLIB prodict.pl -list. Notice that Osdbfutl.p file is missing from prodict.pl file.
FIX:
Issue has been fixed in 9.1D. Upgrade to this version.
