GOAL:
How to disable the "PRINT" button in an IE (Internet Explorer) session through a WebSpeed Application?
FACT(s) (Environment):
WebSpeed 3.x
FIX:
A WebSpeed application cannot control the PRINT button Object of Internet Explorer. Since Internet Explorer is a third party product, Progress does not handle the API for it.
However, there should be a way to perform this functionality by using Java to access the API of Internet Explorer. Contact Microsoft to obtain the API on Internet Explorer and embed it within a JavaScript in the WebSpeed Application.
