BROKER could not execute /usr/dlc83d/_prooidv. (1155)
Errors appearing in the prooidrv.lg file
CAUSE:
The PROOIDRV environment variable is not set correctly.
In this case, the BIN directory was missing.
FIX:
Stop the OIB and database brokers, modify the variable and reconnect again
