Inserting the Microsoft Toolbar control (version 6) into a window

Inserting the Microsoft TabStrip control (version 6) into a window

Inserting the Microsoft StatusBar control (version 6) into a window

Inserting the Microsoft Communications control (version 6) into a window

The MSCOMCTL.OCX file has been successfully registered (regsvr32)

CAUSE:

You may not have a design time license for the ActiveX Control you are trying to use.
Please remember that the UIB can only give you a list of the ActiveX Controls that are installed and registered on your machine. We have no way of knowing if a control is licensed for design time use until we actually attempt to instantiate a copy of the control.
Unfortunately, Microsoft gives us no way of determining the type of license a control has without actually creating an instance of the control.

FIX:

Install a Microsoft development tool such as Visual Basic.
