SYMPTOM(s):
Problem loading .df file to create schema holder code page.
"There is no Code Page defined in this input file"
CAUSE:
Progress/400 DataServer does not provide code page information in the database definitions file(created using PRODMPDFN). As a result, V7.3A clients issue the above message in the dialog box.
FIX:
Accept the Default setting of IBM850, click OK, On connect you will receive another message go to: PROGRESS Data Administration Desktop, select: Data Server --> AS/400 Utilities --> Change AS/400 Data Server Code Page
You can enter the appropriate code page value. For U.S. customers it's ibm037.
