SYMPTOM(s):
Clients disconnected from the database with error 1166 in the database log file.
Server disconnecting user <num>. (1166)
CAUSE:
This error is most often generated by a normal disconnection of the client from the database via PROSHUT or PROMON command.
FIX:
Check for any batch process that run periodically via scheduler or cron that execute automatic client disconnect on the database server.
