Version 7 Procedure Editor has no RECALL (F7) function
The RECALL(F7) function is available for data entry only in Version 7.
It is no longer necessary in the Procedure Editor since there is now
extensive buffering capability. An alternative is the PAGE-LEFT
(ESC-W) function which performs the Procedure Editor's Previous Buffer
command, which will toggle the buffer and redisplay the edit area.
There are no plans to alter this functionality.
